How to Register

All participants are required to register through the IMKASID 2022 online registration system and advised to register in advance (by April 25, 2022).
Please read carefully the registration guidelines below.

• Online May 9 (Mon) End
  Offline Aprill 25 (MON) End
• On-Site Registration May 13 (Fri) ~ 14 (Sat), 2022 End

Steps for Submission

1. STEP 01 Click Sign-up or Log in
2. STEP 02 Fill out personal info and choose registration category
3. STEP 03 Choose payment method and make payment
4. STEP 04 Check your E-mail for payment confirmation
5. STEP 05 Complete

Payment Method

You can check the payment status of your registration on 'MY PAGE'.
Fees can be paid using one of the following options:

• Credit Card
  • Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • All credit card service charges are to be paid by registrants.
  • The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'Eximbay' (Non-Korean) or 'Toss payment' (Korean).
  • Note: Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM.

Registration Confirmation

• Registration confirmation will be sent to you via E-mail right after the completion of online registration (Credit Card).
• Registration confirmation will be sent to you via E-mail within three weeks upon making the full payment (Bank Wire Transfer).
• Registration without complete payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
• If you do not receive the confirmation letter, please contact the secretariat at imkasid@innon.or.kr
